The voicemail I received gave no agency name or company. The recorded voice used a different name than mine, and said that to avoid legal proceedings, press 1. "If this is not you, call this number to give information to verify you aren't this person". I did not call the number back.

The person or persons were rude, nasty, threathening over and over. Wanted me to send money to them right now, without telling me who they are, where they are located and it was for some bank that I never banked with. Spammer! Report them to the Fair Debt Collection Agency in your states.
IRS warrant scam scall
I get at least 3 phone calls a week with the same stupid recording to acupuncturists, always from a new number. I think I will take the advice to let it ring 3 times or more before answering if it's not a local area code (which might be a legitimate customer).
